Refunds & Returns

Items are illegible for returns or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items being returned or refunded must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, unsoiled with its original packaging, tags, receipts & and or any other documents. 

Once a refund order has been made, we will evaluate the case to ensure it is within return/ refund standards. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at DSGNRApparelcustomerservices@gmail.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty

DSGNR Apparel only covers any damage or defects from manufacturing or shipping. Any damage occuring after delivery, including but not limited to tears, frays, stains or general wear and tear is not protected and not applicable for warranty exchanges, returns or refunds. Though our products are designed to be used in an active lifestyle setting, they are not invincible when it comes to aging. 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain small items like sticker bundles are not eligible for return or refunds. 

Items such as socks and undergqrments are final sale, and cannot be returned under regular circumstances due to hygienic reasons. Factor warrenties still apply.

We do not accept returns for sale/ marked down items nor purchases made by gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
